Meet Chris
With nearly 20 years property experience, Christopher Haddad has been involved with valuing residential and commercial properties and has a well-developed professional knowledge of the valuation process.
Christopher has gained valuable knowledge and experience over this time and has undertaken valuations across all asset classes including development feasibility assessments; provided consultancy advice to a number of metropolitan councils as well as having travelled the state in undertaking portfolio valuations for various State Government Departments.
Christopher’s involvement with the Australian Property Institute includes representing the API at property expo’s on several occasions and is involved with the API NSW Discussion Groups.
Christopher has undergone tertiary studies at the University of Western Sydney and at the Sydney Institute of Technology having qualifications as a Real Estate Agent and as a Certified Practising Valuer.
Christopher is an enthusiastic individual and who is passionate about property and would like to see more young property professional progress throughout the industry. The art of Valuation cannot easily be taught without the investment of time and mentoring from those seniors amongst us.
